Clever Recruiter™ Return & Refund Policy

At Clever Recruiter™, we are committed to transparency and providing value to employers and job seekers around the world. Due to the nature of digital advertising and job promotion services, all purchases made through our platform are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
This policy applies to all customers regardless of country of origin, billing location, or currency used.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- A technical error on the Clever Recruiter™ platform prevented your job post or campaign from being displayed.
- You were charged multiple times for the same job or campaign.
- A billing error occurred that can be verified and documented.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on one of these situations, please contact our billing team at billing@cleverrecruiter.com within 7 calendar days of the charge. All refund requests must be submitted in English.
Refunds, if granted, will be processed in the original form of payment and currency, subject to applicable exchange rates and bank processing times.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Fewer applications, responses, or engagement than expected.
- Mistakes made in your job listing or campaign setup.
- A change of mind after purchase or once the campaign has launched.
- Duplicate listings or user error.
As a global platform, job posts are promoted across multiple partner networks, job boards, and regions shortly after submission. Therefore, once a campaign begins, associated costs are immediately incurred and cannot be reversed.

If you need assistance with your campaign, optimization support, or billing questions, we encourage you to contact our team. Our billing department operates across multiple time zones to ensure timely support.
